I'm a founder with multiple exits, my most recent company Flow Ventures was acquired by Deloitte in 2024. I ran a successful VC fund, Year One Labs, that generated a 7x return. I've also invested as an Angel.

I have a passion for founder education and I publish a newsletter and entrepreneur resources on www.founderinresidence.co. I teach and run workshops at global accelerators including Techstars and Antler.

I grew up playing board games: Monopoly, Risk, The Game of Life, Payday, Mousetrap, Scrabble, Boggle, Axis and Allies, and many more.
